Flux Web Studio provides AI automation design and implementation services, including but not limited to lead response automation, email AI systems, and client onboarding automation.

All services are delivered on a fixed-price, one-time basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Scope is defined prior to work beginning based on the information you provide via the automation request form.

3. Payment

Full payment is required before work begins. Upon receipt of payment, we will confirm your project and begin work within the agreed timeframe.

All prices listed on this website are in GBP (British Pounds Sterling) and are exclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery and Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates based on the information provided at the time of request. Timelines begin from the date payment is received and all required information has been provided by the client. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive the right to use the delivered automation system for your business. The underlying frameworks, templates, and methodologies used to build your system remain the intellectual property of Flux Web Studio.

All website content, design, text, and code published at fluxwebstudio.com are the property of Flux Web Studio and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Flux Web Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or automations. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes resulting from automation implementation.

7. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Our automation systems are built using third-party platforms including Make.com, OpenAI API, and associated tools. The availability and functionality of these platforms is outside our control. We are not responsible for interruptions to service caused by third-party platform changes or downtime.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of our website or services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
